Sleep Deprivation and Diabetes
Diabetes is a disease that one quite alarming nowadays. Many of them are young are suffering from this disease. In some countries such as India, diabetes is a disease which is a serious threat to its citizens.
Countries in South Asia, especially India, a country with a high diabetes cases. From the research conducted, the people of South Asia are more prone to diabetes. The study shows that deaths caused by type 2 diabetes could be avoided if people are willing to change your diet, reducing alcohol intake, more exercise, and regular health check.
There are a number of tips for preventing this disease at a young age. The teens who slept less than six hours each day, will be prone to the disease. Teens who slept 7 hours each day will prevent insulin resistance in the body.
In addition, the researchers also found that the young diabetics higher risk for developing complications such as hearing loss, increased risk of kidney and cardiovascular problems.
With simple changes in your everyday life, it can prevent two of the three cases of diabetes. Of course this means a lot to save a lot of lives from a disease that is incurable.
