Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL)

In accordance with the terms penamaanya, LDL (low density liporotein) has less protein content and contains more cholesterol. In his travels throughout the body through blood vessels, cholesterol has a nature that is easy to stick to the walls of blood vessels. When the process of attachment to the blood vessel walls accumulate, it becomes fatty plaque accumulation and the volume increased to constrict the flow of the blood vessels. When a flow in blocked blood vessels, a wide range of potentially fatal threat to attack the human body. Call them stroke, coronary heart disease and other even death. As a result, LDL cholesterol group today are familiar with the term 'the bad cholesterol'. LDL cholesterol is the one that is touted as the ringleader of a variety of diseases that can be caused from the evils of cholesterol. 'Crime' thereof can have fatal consequences for the body. However, not all cholesterol has a character that 'evil' as LDL cholesterol, the blood circulation there are HDL (high density lipoprotein). Cholesterol has a higher protein density has recourse nature of the circulatory function, which bind and bring LDL cholesterol that sticks to the walls of the blood vessels to continue the 'journey' through the body to become energy reserves as appropriate. LDL cholesterol comes from the natural production by the body. Also, the body actually has the ability to meproduksi have appropriate levels of cholesterol it needs, but the result of the consumption of saturated fat, trans fat, can increase LDL cholesterol levels than normal. When too much LDL cholesterol circulates in the blood, LDL will slow the formation of artery walls in a section that provides nutrition and oxygen to the heart and brain. Together with other substances, LDL will form plaque, which is a tough and thick deposits in the blood vessels which can cause constriction of the blood vessels and make them less flexible or not anymore. This condition is known as atherosclerosis. If there is a formation of clotting or coagulation of blood cells, then this will cause a blockage which resulted in a heart attack or stroke. It is important to control LDL cholesterol levels remain low and increase the levels of HDL cholesterol to be free from the threat of hypercholesterolemia. How to control there is someone with the control diet and diet foods that have low fat content.
